HR Operations Analyst:
Objective: Support operational and administrative activities related to people management within the organization. Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation.
Activities:
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including contracts, job changes, promotions, and terminations.
- Working with the finance department to process the monthly payroll.
- Manage the inclusion, exclusion, and alteration of employee benefits, such as health plans, meals, and other incentives.
- Liaise with benefit suppliers and resolve issues related to benefit procurement and contract maintenance.
- Assist with tasks related to fixed and variable compensation.
- Control leave, vacation, and absence requests, ensuring compliance with Chilean labor laws.
- Stay informed about changes in Chilean labor laws and ensure company compliance with all regulations.
- Represent the company in discussions with unions and other labor relations matters.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Manage recruitment processes for new hires, from posting vacancies to reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and arrange further interviews with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding of new staff, participating in their integration process, ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the training and development needs of employees at various levels.
- Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make any needed adjustments.
- Keep employees updated on policy changes, internal events, and other important communications.
