About the Role:

Purpose


Provides Human Resources support and enquiry resolution to all line leaders and employees on matters ranging from Talent, Reward, Performance, and Culture Development Processes.

Leads small or medium size projects or business initiatives.

Core Accountabilities

  • An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
  • Provides HR support and guidance to line leaders and employees on all people processes under HR Service Catalogue (Organizational Transformation, Talent Management, Culture, Leadership Development, Change Management, Workforce Plan, Productivity), providing coaching, tools and/or directing them to the correct channels for resolution within HR Team.
  • Supports Principal HRBP in the delivery and execution of HR processes as per HR Service Catalogue.
  • Provides inputs and data analysis to HRBP team of Minerals Americas & Global Functions as required in order to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Engages with HR subfunctions specialists to support business plans delivery.
  • Identify and analyze people processes/ initiatives that are being raised by relevant stakeholders so they can be prioritized, improved, and standardized.
  • Work with Manager HR Project and broader HR to drive an integrated delivery across projects and seek opportunities to enable synergies and a common approach.

About You:

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Human Resources, Engineering or related.
  • Senior mastering or certification in Human Resources is desirable.

Experience & Technical Competencies

  • Experience in Human Resources or Transformational Projects.
  • Engaging with senior level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Chilean Labor Legislation.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and Power Point.
  • Qualifications on Process Improvements Methodologies is desirable.

Languages

  • English fluent.
