Logistics Procurement Cost Efficiencies Manager - Américas

Hoy nuestra Vicepresidencia de Finanzas se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Logistics Procurement Cost Efficiencies Manager. Su objetivo principal es garantizar la eficiencia en las operaciones de compras, generando resultados concretos que aporten un valor significativo al negocio, con especial foco en los conceptos logísticos de la compañía, como flete marítimo, transporte terrestre, almacenamiento, entre otros.

Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:

Diseñar e implementar el modelo de eficiencias para Inchcape, que incluya las estrategias de compras efectivas que tengan un impacto concreto en la planificación y resultados financieros de la compañía Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de adquisición y proponer soluciones innovadoras para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir costos. Establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores clave y gestionar negociaciones estratégicas de alto nivel. Mantener contacto fluido y constante con las unidades de negocio, permitiendo detectar con anticipación las necesidades del negocio. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado de proveedores y las mejores prácticas en compras y negociaciones. Asegurar el análisis interno de las categorías con herramientas como el DAFO, TCO, QCTTT además de establecer planes de mitigación de los riesgos observados. Desarrollar estrategias en la cadena de suministro de la compañía, asegurando proceso eficientes y efectivos.

Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:

Profesional de estudios como Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Civil, Finanzas o afines Inglés Avanzado Estudios de especialización en management o liderazgo, o MBA deseable Al menos 10 años de experiencia en áreas de compras con foco en Strategic Sourcing o en áreas de Supply Chain o logístico Experiencia en negociaciones con proveedores logísticos (foco en Navieras) Al menos 6 años de experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo Conocimiento de las metodologías de análisis de gastos, búsqueda de eficiencias y abastecimiento estratégico. Habilidad para ejercer influencia efectiva en líderes de la organización. Autonomía, pensamiento estratégico, holístico y disruptivo para descubrir oportunidades no convencionales, promoviendo la innovación
