WSA Lead Logistics Product Manager

The Role:

As a WSA Lead Logistics Product Manager, you'll have a key role in managing a small cluster including Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador & Chile. Your responsibilities will range from leadership and profitability to strategy execution and corporate governance.

  • Implement and cascade Product strategy, defining Area go-to-market and ways of working
  • Manage product performance & ensure targets are met
  • Growth of the Product portfolio, identifying market trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Support sales management to establish value proposition and sales channel target setting
  • Drive efficiency improvement in delivery of solutions to customers
  • Be product expert throughout the sales process from Prospection to Renewal
  • Drive performance transparency and continuous improvement culture
  • Coach, motivate, build, inspire and energize the teams
  • Drive product education and awareness
  • P&L targets and actuals, Cost to serve, margins management
  • Execution of Product strategy within the area, analysis of market outlook
  • Service level promises to customer, Changes to services offered in the Area

Requirements:

  • A passion for being a team player
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals associated with global logistics
  • Operational credibility through commercialized lens
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive impactful results
  • Knowledge of local HSSE legislations and risk management principles
  • Fluency in English and preference for local language spoken and written
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High ethical standards
