Coordinates sales efforts and interaction with Distribution Channel, OEM ́s and end-users.
Role includes product and technical support which requires parts interpretation, quoting, follow-up, pricing, order processing, expediting and problem solving, dealing directly with distributor and sales professional to generate revenue.
Responsibilities:
Indicates the proper product to meet customer's needs.
Trains the distribution network, provides technical support to network in order to clarify doubts and generate the demand.
Discloses and promotes Milton Roy, Albin and Seepex products in sales points with the distributors, OEM ́s and end-users.
Responsible for following up on leads identified through demand generation avenues in the territory
Plans the management of the sales channel of several regions;
Provides the support and follows-up to channel partners, and carries out the negotiations with customers on the sales quota definitions by area in respect to the sales goals of the company and the survey of new customers.
Coordinates the portfolio comprising several existing customers and new ones, acting as key contact person of such important accounts;Develops new partners to enlarge the distribution channel through new distributors, dealers, technical services.
Coordinates the region portfolio and service portfolio
Discloses, promotes new products;
Being the communication channel between Distributor/ Dealer, Technical Service of Ingersoll Rand.
Executes the planning of monthly and annual goals;
Provides data analysis to Sales Manager
Supports the design and executes the improvement plans, for the best development of processes and activities;
Analyzes the potential aftermarket based on machines complex;
Controls the distributor inventory;
Controls the sales analytic reports from regional managers
Professional Requirements
Bachelors Degree required - Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer
Experience in sales or a selling function
Experience 3 years
Advanced English - mandatory
