Your mission


As Business Line Manager Parts & Services -ANSCO, you will be fully responsible for the execution of our common strategies and the overall performance and results of the Parts & Services Division in the Sales Area, EHS, Compliance, Customer Focus and Business Results are the top priorities.

You manage the profit and loss and balance sheet items related to the P&S sales area, and steadily drive our business forward by refining strategy and defining concrete actions.


Your responsibility includes:

  • Identify opportunities to sell Sandvik's total offering Parts & Services.
  • Handle contract bidding terms for the company along with account management.
  • Lead sales management (sales reporting management, planning sales activities and follow up).
  • Analyze competitor's behavior (bid, performance, pricing, market share and service share) and identify necessary actions (connected to PSM)
  • Ensure that the service solution matches the customer's needs and work it technically.
  • Approve nonstandard payment terms under your authority.
  • Generate constructive business interactions with other Division's in the Sales Area locally and global to achieve the targets & give the customer an integrated delivery.
  • Execute service shop activity to cost, utilization time, quality, and cycle goals
  • Set up and manage field service operations.
  • Recruit, retain and develop service teams, including succession plans
  • Ensure team performance meets or exceeds contractual obligations.

Profile

  • Solid background in sales & service, with experience leading big teams in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Education: University or technical degree in industrial engineering, mining, or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in similar positions in mining industry.
  • Fluent English
  • Mining market knowledge
  • Strong Business, Financial capabilities, People Management and Customer Focus.
  • EHS Focus
  • High level of integrity
