El Service Excellence consultant se encargará de proporcionar a los clientes nuevos y existentes el mejor servicio posible en relación con adquisición de nuevas cuentas, servicios de cuenta, consultas de facturación, disputas, solicitudes de servicio o datos, sugerencias y quejas.
¿Qué vas a hacer?:
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Asegura las buenas relaciones con los clientes, atendiendo todos los requerimientos dentro de los SLAs establecidos.
- Manejo efectivo de las consultas y /o reclamos, documentándolos y resolviéndolos de manera rápida y efectiva resultando en un servicio excelente.
- Gestionar las quejas y/o reclamos de los clientes para satisfacerlas, mitigando su insatisfacción y posible intención de rescindir el contrato.
- Coordina con las áreas involucradas el envío del informe a los clientes que lo soliciten de la de causa raíz del Incidente, tiempo de resolución, y acciones para la solución definitiva.
- Proporcionar seguimiento y KPIs de los casos escalada a otras áreas.
¿Qué experiência necesitas?:
- 1 año de experiência en funciones similares.
- 1 año de experiência en atención al cliente.
