Responsibilities:

Content Management:
Manage content creation projects, coordinating with content creators and designers to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain an organized system for tracking content production schedules, revisions, and approvals. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track.

Develop a process for tracking product updates and assigning appropriate owners to create/revise learning content to reflect the changes Project Coordination:
Regularly review client portfolios ensuring that they are accurate and up to date Catalog resources used for customized learning paths on our LMS Collaborate with customer Project Managers on customized engagements Engage in cross-collaborative organizational tool consolidation and automation efforts

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and organizing meetings & special events, data entry, generating reports, updating metrics, filing tickets.

Align with operations team to track metrics across client base and keep documentation up to date Provide support to other team members as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.

Requisitos:

Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably at a fast-paced SaaS organization Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactively provides status updates, communicating blockers and delays in a timely manner. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Experience with Skilljar (LMS) is a plus
