Senior Proposal Management Administrator to work in Chile, to work closely with our technical teams - Sales, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance departments to prepare consulting services proposals. You will prepare an initial draft using existing templates and information provided in the request and coordinate with technical resources to obtain the updated technical content. You will manage timelines/deadlines, communicate questions, communicate with other departments, and finalize the proposal. As the Proposal Management Administrator, you will be managing requests by prioritizing and dispersing requests to appropriate technical resources and updating Salesforce

  • Managing RFP/RFI responses from receipt to submission
  • Managing document requests that come from sales and services
  • Edit content of SOWs, technical proposals, budgetary estimates etc. (acting as an editor and a writer (limited))
  • Prioritizing and dispersing requests to appropriate resources for input
  • Updating Salesforce as the process moves from one resource to another and one stage to the next

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency spoken and written Spanish
  • Proficiency spoken English, intermediate written English
  • Intermediate Portuguese is an asset but not required
  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, technical writing
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals and technical documents
  • Familiarity with software and database terminology is an asset but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at prioritization and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
