PagerDuty is a platform that enables teams to tackle critical tasks that drive business growth utilizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. If you're looking for an opportunity to lead and coach a team of Enterprise Sales Analysts, this might just be the perfect role for you.

As the Manager of Enterprise Sales Analysts at PagerDuty, you will work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success to develop strategies for expanding our enterprise accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Analysts paired with Enterprise Account Managers
  • Train team members to identify, contact, and set up qualified meetings
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen team on planning, executing, and providing feedback on MQLs and integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and CSM leadership to enhance meeting quality and pipeline impact
  • Identify areas of improvement for the ADR Teams in collaboration with Sales and CSM leadership
  • Develop effective messaging in partnership with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to convert inbound and outbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new Enterprise Sales Analysts
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product; leadership experience is a bonus
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Management experience with a track record of hiring, retaining, and developing individuals and teams is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis
  • Experience working in and building inside sales teams that drive opportunities and revenue
  • Ability to adapt to rapid growth and change
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals, both as an individual contributor and manager, along with building and managing key metrics for a sales organization
  • Self-motivated, creative, empathetic, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Passionate about technology, learning, and teamwork
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
