This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving and managing demand planning activities to support the organization's growth objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends;:

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of Demand activities with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies;:

Foster a culture of collaboration and communication to improve the accuracy and optimize the customer journey, driving revenue growth;:

-
Support the development and implementation of data-driven insights models to improve the forecast accuracy and drive the management decision process
:

Provide regular reports and recommendation to Senior Management Team based on the tracking of stablished KPIs;:

-
Ensure the people pipeline leading the team thought and inclusive culture speeding up the innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the team;:

-
Enhance a multicategory mindset and processes improving synergies and looking for further opportunities.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields advanced degree or relevant certification are a plus;
  • A minimum of 5 year's experience in sales and demand forecasting;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills;
  • Solid knowledge of Sales/Demand Planning role in FMCG Businesses experience in multicategory business area a plus;
  • Strong Leadership attitude to develop the team and influence the business decisions;
  • Datadriven skill and concise storytelling;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge in Sales forecast models;
  • Analytic acumen.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Fluent in English.
