About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on supply chain best practices and innovation.
  • Lead projects and process improvements aimed at driving cost savings, improving service levels, and enhancing supply chain resilience.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure alignment and buy-in on supply chain initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, project management, and/or analytics in a manufacturing environment with global operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP, reporting, and planning systems, as well as MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex analyses and make recommendations to supply chain leadership.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering to business objectives.
  • Experience with planning systems, such as JDA or APO.
  • APICS certification.
  • Database and PowerBI experience.
  • Advanced degree.
