Cuál es la misión de tu posición
Ser responsable de gestionar, soportar y velar que los servicios móviles de la compañía se entreguen de manera efectiva, oportuna y continua a las diferentes áreas internas, manteniendo un enfoque de calidad, eficiencia, trabajo en equipo y servicio al cliente.
Qué harás en este rol
- Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios y clientes internos respecto a servicios móviles para resolver problemas relacionados con dispositivos móviles, aplicaciones, conectividad y configuraciones.
- Identificar y solucionar problemas técnicos que los usuarios puedan enfrentar al utilizar servicios móviles, ya sea en hardware o software.
- Gestionar el contacto con los principales proveedores nacionales de telefonía móvil.
- Gestionar altas y bajas de la totalidad de las líneas móviles corporativas de la compañía.
- Gestionar y controlar la facturación de los servicios móviles de la compañía.
- Ofrecer un servicio al cliente eficiente y amigable, resolviendo consultas, proporcionando orientación y garantizando una experiência positiva.
- Gestionar la configuración inicial de dispositivos móviles, instalación de aplicaciones y asegurarse de que todo esté funcionando correctamente.
- Proporcionar información y capacitación a los usuarios sobre cómo utilizar eficazmente los servicios móviles disponibles, incluyendo nuevas características y actualizaciones.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a los problemas reportados por los usuarios y clientes internos, colaborando con otros equipos si es necesario para resolver problemas más complejos.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología móvil para proporcionar un soporte informado y mejorar constantemente los procesos.
Para contribuir a tu éxito, es importante que cuentes con
- Técnico y/o profesional universitario de la carrera de Ingeniería de Sistemas o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Manejo indispensable de Microsoft Office y Power BI

- Tienes manejo deseable de Service Now.
- Tiene experiência en compañías de telecomunicaciones.
