Actualmente estamos en busca de un Ejecutivo de Soporte de Helpdesk con dominio de danés conversacional y escrito.

Debes residir en Latam y estar disponible para trabajar en horario de Europa Occidental, de 9 am a 5 pm, hora local de Dinamarca y contar con 2-3 años de experiencia en Helpdesk.

Responsabilidades:
  • Brindar soporte completo al usuario, incluyendo tickets de mesa de servicio, correos electrónicos, mensajes directos y llamadas a la línea de TI durante las rotaciones de guardia de 24 horas.
  • Triaje y evaluación de solicitudes/problemas de los usuarios y escalado al soporte de nivel superior cuando sea necesario.
  • Liderar la gestión del inventario de equipos de TI.
  • Asistir en la gestión de la relación con proveedores y en procesos de incorporación y desvinculación de usuarios.
  • Crear documentación de capacitación y brindar capacitación a los usuarios cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar en proyectos/tareas de TI con Administradores de Sistemas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de seguridad para la seguridad física y el control de acceso de la oficina.
  • Investigar y evaluar tecnologías emergentes.
  • Transmitir la información necesaria para cada proyecto/tarea.
CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES:
  • Título universitario en un campo tecnológico.
  • Conocimientos técnicos de dispositivos móviles y Google Apps, redes IP, tecnologías Wi-Fi, impresoras y SSO (Okta).
  • Experiencia en soporte y capacitación de usuarios.
Habilidades:
  • Capacidad para colaborar y gestionar proyectos con éxito.
  • Capacidad para cumplir plazos y manejar múltiples proyectos.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse en danés y enviar/desempaquetar equipos y suministros.
