O trabalho
Administrar y controlar la ejecución de pautas comerciales, resguardando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos y contratos de ventas publicitarias.

Responsabilidades de su puesto

  • Ingresar al sistema las condiciones comerciales acordadas por los ejecutivos, para que las ordenes se ingresen bajo las condiciones comerciales actualizadas y el área de Sales Ops pueda continuar con el proceso de programación y carga de la pauta en los sistemas internos.
  • Crear en el sistema clientes y entidades facturables, para proveer de información al área de cuentas corrientes.
  • Hacer seguimiento del flujo de aprobación de convenios/contratos publicitarios, facilitando el proceso para ingreso de las campañas en tiempo y forma.

Cualificaciones y experiência

  • Formación Académica en Contado, administración o carrera similares.
  • Conocimientos en Microsoft Office Intermedio (Excel)
  • Conceptos de TV, software de medición (Megatime, Tv Data)
  • Experiências en áreas de gestión comercial o en agencias de medios.
  • Inglés Básico o intermedario
