Position: Incident and Problem Management Analyst

Are you a tech-savvy professional who enjoys analyzing and resolving incidents efficiently? If so, this might be the perfect role for you As an Incident and Problem Management Analyst, your main responsibilities will include developing, analyzing, and resolving escalated incidents and requirements from the Service Desk or Tier 1 teams. You will need to generate, analyze, and define steps to solve problems, while ensuring compliance with established KPIs and following incident and problem management procedures.
