Estamos buscando Administrador de Contratos para unirse a nuestro equipo.


Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Jefe de Inside Sales, usted será responsable de la gestión y control de contratos adjudicados por la compañía, integrando a cada área de la empresa para el cumplimiento del suministro al cliente.

Esta posición se encuentra bajo el programa global Sell It de Prysmian Group.

Principales
Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión y control de contratos adjudicados por la compañía, integrando a cada área de la empresa para el cumplimiento del suministro al cliente.
  • Realizar un análisis crítico de cada contrato, revisando que las condiciones y cláusulas concuerden con la aprobación del DOA, además de las condiciones de precio, cantidad y entrega.
  • Garantizar la realización de Kick-off meetings para cada proyecto con las áreas involucradas y el cliente.
  • Liderar el seguimiento de cada proyecto con las áreas responsables para su correcto suministro.
  • Mapeo y comunicación directa con el personal del cliente involucrados en el proyecto (Activador, Calidad, Logístico, financiero).
  • Alineación de los timing del proyecto con lo informado en cada Forecast (backlog).
  • Coordinar compra de coberturas de metales para cada proyecto.
  • Revisión de cláusulas de ofertas para contratos específicos.
  • Gestionar ingreso de documentación en los portales de cada cliente.
  • Asegurar el correcto cierre de los proyectos y/o Contratos
  • Participar activamente en el proceso de Definición y Ajuste del Contrato previo a su firma para asegurar que no existan conflictos en la ejecución.
  • Garantizar un Dossier / Documentación Interna con todos los documentos y soportes de la ejecución.
  • Generar y gestionar KPIs de la ejecución del contrato para compartir de forma interna y con el cliente.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería o Ingeniería civil.
  • 2 a 5 años de experiência en cargos relacionados

  • Avanzado
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos y/o Contratos
Overview and main functions

We are looking for Contract Manager to join our team.


Based in Santiago de Chile, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the management and control of contracts awarded by the company, integrating each area of the company for the fulfillment of the supply to the client.

This position is under the Sell it Global program of Prysmian Group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management and control of contracts awarded by the company, integrating each area of the company for the fulfillment of the supply to the client.
  • Perform a critical analysis of each contract, checking that the conditions and clauses agree with the approval of the DOA, in addition to the conditions of price, quantity and delivery.
  • Guarantee the realization of Kick-off meetings for each project with the areas involved and the client.
  • Lead the monitoring of each project with the responsible areas for its correct supply.
  • Mapping and direct communication with the client's personnel involved in the project (Activator, Quality, Logistics, financial).
  • Alignment of the timing of the project with what is reported in each Forecast (backlog).
  • Coordinate purchase of metal hedges for each project.
  • Review of bid clauses for specific contracts.
  • Manage documentation entry in the portals of each client.
  • Ensure the correct closure of projects and / or contracts
  • Participate actively in contract definitions previously to their sign to assure there will not conflict in its execution.
  • Assure a Dossier or internal documents considering all documents that supports the execution.
  • Generate and manage KPIs about contract execution to share internally and with customers.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

  • Professional in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions


 Intermediate
  • Advanced English
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in Project and/or Contract Management
