Acerca del rol

  • Apoyo en Generar contratos de trabajo, anexos y anexos de vinculación
  • Mantener actualizada los documentos en la plataforma de registros, Oracle y ADP
  • Mantener actualizada los documentos en caso de fiscalización de la inspección de trabajo
  • Conocimientos en auditoria: Plazos y los documentos que necesitan
  • Conocimientos en relaciones laborales en terreno (acreditación, jornada excepcional, F43)
  • Conocimientos en Leyes laborales, código del trabajo y documentos legales
  • Modalidad híbrida de telétrabajo y oficina.

Acerca de ti

  • Al menos 3 años o más de experiência en el rol en áreas administrativas de recursos humanos
  • Título en Ingeniería en RRHH, Técnico en RRHH, Técnico en Administración de Empresas, Contador o carrera a fín.

Ideal que haya tenido experiência en terreno (proyectos en la minería) y experiência en acreditaciones y solicitud de jornadas excepcional:

  • Excelente actitud y disposición para atender a los clientes internos de la compañía
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo acelerado mientras se mantiene una gran atención a los detalles y autonomía
  • Dominio de los productos de MS Office
  • Principalmente Excel mínimo intermedio (formular)
  • Conocimiento en
