POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Lenovo's Commercial Products division, you will report directly to the Regional Marketing Director.
Your responsibilities will encompass all Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.
Your primary role will involve crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance lead generation, elevate brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and more.
You will act as a collaborator and supporter for the sales teams within your region, playing a crucial role in helping them achieve their objectives.
The ideal candidate is innovative, driven, strategic, and enthusiastic about B2B Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a continuous partnership with regional sales leaders to comprehend business requirements and sales tactics.
- Design and implement regional marketing initiatives that align with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Create digital-first, always-on marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers, generating leads, and boosting brand recognition.
- Identify potential growth avenues and collaborate with sales teams to strategically explore new markets.
- Work in close coordination with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing plans with Country Marketing Managers, seeking synergies across various countries.
- Engage with Worldwide Commercial Marketing Business Units, serving as the representative to communicate the region's needs for global initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide performance reports on regional marketing activities to senior stakeholders, demonstrating the influence of marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, with a strong emphasis on executing integrated digital campaigns.
- Proven experience in commercial and channel marketing, ideally within IT sectors.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise/B2B/Channel marketing, with a solid foundation in content marketing.
- Experience in Latin American marketing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong affinity for numbers and data analysis.
- Quick learner, capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, be hands-on, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
