TU ROL- Liderar el proceso de planeación de la demanda de acuerdo a los lineamientos globales, para lograr los planes más asertivos posibles;
- Obtener información sobre los eventos y acciones de parte del equipo de marketing y ventas que pudieran tener un impacto en los planes de demanda;
- Analizar los resultados (KPIs) e información estadística, con la finalidad de hacer los ajustes correspondientes a los planes a futuro, en consenso con el equipo comercial;
- Comunicar los planes de demanda a la cadena de suministro, explicando los cambios y el contexto de los mismos;
- Utilizar las herramientas de planeación globales (APO/DP, SAP y Excel);
- Tener comunicación de alineación con el equipo de analistas estadísticos global, con la finalidad de mejorar tanto el forecast estadístico, como el plan de demanda final;
- Apoyar en temas/análisis relacionados con Nivel de Servicio y Lentos Movimientos, con la finalidad de lograr los mejores resultados para le negocio.
- Carrera en Ingeniería, Administración Finanzas o areas relacionadas;
- Residencia en Santiago o cercanias y disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida en Pudahuel;
- Nivel de inglés avanzado;
- Experiencia fuerte en S&OP y planeación de demanda;
- Experiencia y bueno conocimiento con módulo SAP APO/DP y Excel/Power BI;
- Capacidad para manejar proyectos de manera autonoma y ágil;
- Excelente comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
