Job Description:

Position Purpose

Coordinación documental de exportaciones, gestionando las operaciones, procurando minimizar y optimizar tiempos. Administrar el proceso de facturación de exportaciones.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Responsable de todas las labores administrativas y elaboración de documentos relacionados con la importación y exportación del área comercial.
  • Relación directa con agente de aduanas de la compañía y presentación de informes y solicitudes a DNA.
  • Actualización de resoluciones y certificados.
  • Recepción y revisión de la calidad y cumplimiento de los documentos de exportación recepcionados.
  • Ingreso y respaldo de los documentos de exportación correctos en sistema CHEP.
  • Revisión y análisis semanal del estado de los documentos ingresados al sistema CHEP. Análisis de movimientos limpios, suspendidos, rechazados y reversados.
  • Generación del archivo de facturación semanal y envío a Genpact.
  • Envío semanal de documentos de exportación y facturas a agente de aduana.
  • Envío de respaldos de documentos de exportación a clientes internos (POD).
  • Mantener un sistema de archivo para control de las operaciones para llevar el control de gastos (cobros agentes de aduana y DNA).
  • Realizar reportes mensuales de gastos y gestión.
  • Mantener sistema de tracking al día de los clientes, verificando que se estén informando los embarques. Gestión y comunicación con clientes en relación con documentos con errores o falta de información de embarques.
  • Relación activa con clientes, área comercial, CSO, MD y finanzas.
Colabora y recomienda oportunidades para la toma de decisiones

Relacionamiento con el agente de aduana.

Mediciones

  • Volúmenes de transacciones generadas.
  • Reducción de días de DOC a DOD de acuerdo a la planificación.
  • Los montos a facturar informados y controlados y cuentan con su factura correspondiente.
  • Da respuesta a consultas específicas dentro de un plazo no mayor a 24 hrs.
