In this keyrole, you will spearhead our talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, playing a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.

As a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and make a meaningful impact on our team.


What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to manage HR projects and needs.
  • Identify needs in talent, development, and trainings in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Implement talent development and management programs to promote employee growth and retention.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and management to improve transparency and collaboration.
  • Design and implement strategies to promote an inclusive and diverse culture throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about organizational changes and professional development opportunities.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing and advertising agencies.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.
  • Deep knowledge of talent management principles, organizational culture, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Internal customer orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
