Role Overview
The HR Business Partner is integral to the employee experience team, focusing on the communication and administration of various HR programs, including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.

This role acts as a bridge between the local team and the People Team, collaborating with members from different business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to present offers that highlight core values, leadership behaviors, company culture, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires through a structured orientation, managing paperwork, introducing corporate systems, and conducting team introductions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new employees, proposing and implementing enhancements to the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee mobility and internal transfer requests in accordance with established organizational protocols.
  • Address general employee inquiries and provide support during emergencies, including personal accidents and business disruptions.
  • Manage employee communications through company-wide announcements and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between various business functions and specialized operational teams, such as Workforce Planning, Legal, Finance, and IT, to fulfill employee service requests.
  • Review and maintain the employee handbook, assisting with training on culture, benefits, and policies.
  • Work closely with management to implement corporate HR processes and policies focused on organizational and employee development.
  • Consult with employees and managers to resolve HR-related issues, guided by organizational values and leadership behaviors, while monitoring retention and turnover rates.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on employee experiences and manage the offboarding process.
  • Develop, update, and execute company-wide programs aimed at enhancing employee experience and manager effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in Employee Communications, Management Support, Training Programs, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Satisfaction and Retention.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, essential for daily operations.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders to propose HR programs, policies, and processes using standard business tools.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and local employment laws throughout the HR lifecycle.
  • Analytical skills for identifying and utilizing data to inform HR-related solutions.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and processes; experience with Netsuite is a plus.
