You will support a visionary CEO who is leading the charge in transforming the future of education while gaining firsthand exposure to a wide variety of functions, from operations to sales and public engagement.

You will be at the core of the company's daily operations, helping the CEO manage their busy schedule, coordinating meetings, managing office logistics, and supporting strategic goals. The role provides great exposure to senior leadership and gives you the chance to work closely with multiple teams across the organization, offering invaluable learning experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings, events, and appointments are well-organized and on track.

  - Coordinate public engagements, including speaking events, media interviews, and conferences, ensuring the CEO is always prepared and briefed.

    - Provide sales support, tracking client relationships, assisting with proposal preparation, and managing communications with key accounts.

  - Oversee and update client data for smooth follow-ups and timely actions.

    - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly, maintaining an organized work environment, and handling office supplies.

  - Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.

    - Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

  - Assist in the execution of key projects.

-  Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) as this role involves communication with international stakeholders.

- Organization & Detail-Oriented: You will be managing a variety of functions and ensuring smooth operations, so exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

- Proactive & Multi-Tasking Ability: A self-starter who can think ahead, stay on top of multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure.

- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with internal teams, external stakeholders, clients, and partners in person and virtually.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager ,executive assistant, or commercial assistant in a fast-paced role (ideally in startups or high-growth companies).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office management, handling travel logistics, and general administrative tasks.
  • Must be able to work in-person, managing the office and supporting in-person engagements.
  • Availability for occasional travel
  • Affinity for technology (you must love tech, from GSuite, Microsoft Suite, GPT, Calendars, Gantts, etc)

Benefits

  • Salary adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
  • In addition to legal days off, enjoy an extra week off between Christmas and New Year “Semana de Descanso”.
  • After your first year at Lab4U, you can enjoy 5 weeks of vacation, including 3 legal weeks and 2 additional weeks.
  • On Fridays, your departure time is at 2:00 PM.
  • On the last Friday of each month, the schedule extends from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, during which we celebrate birthdays and hold Lab4U Talks, an opportunity to gather and share.
  • 40-hour work week

Conditions: 

  • Working hours are flexible but the team works from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except on Fridays). Some team members work from 10:00AM to 7:00PM. In general, it’s pretty flexible, but we aim to achieve our goals.
  • On-site with flexibility.
  • The trial period is 3 months; then the contract is indefinite.
  • Salary: Between CLP $900,000 and CLP $1,500,000 net, subject to the experience of the selected candidate and level of English.
