Su misión será la de desarrollar y gestionar el Programa de Compliance de Andritz Chile, asegurando que la empresa cumpla con todas las leyes, regulacions y políticas, incluyendo la implementación y monitoreo del Modelo de Prevención de Delitos y sistema de prevención de la corrupción en todas sus formas, además de promover una cultura de ética y cumplimiento. El oficial de Cumplimiento reportará funcionalmente a la Dirección Regional de Cumplimiento y al Directorio de ACL, y administrativamente a la Gerencia de ACL.
Principales funciones:
Mantener el sistema de Compliance actualmente vigente en la empresa generando robustez para enfrentar los desafíos del área y liderar el desarrollo de mejoras. Implementar, gestionar y monitorear un modelo de prevención de delitos para Andritz Chile. Gestión de las matrices de riesgos para los distintos programas de cumplimiento dentro de ACL. Generar comunicaciones estratégicas y trabajo colaborativo con las áreas de operaciones, soporte y organizaciones sindicales que permitan llevar a cabo la correcta implementación del Sistema de Compliance. Preparar y presentar informes regulares sobre el estado del cumplimiento a la alta dirección y el consejo de administración bajo la aprobación del director regional de Compliance. Responsable por investigar incidentes de incumplimiento recibidos por el Canal de Denuncias. Crear, asegurar y controlar estrategias que permitan velar por el cumplimiento normativo en las distintas figuras de empresas contratistas y terceras partes. Realizar monitoreo de los proveedores, con el fin de pesquisar su participación en algún tipo de delito y analizar su idoneidad para mantener relaciones comerciales con ACL o la necesidad de implementar medidas de control adicionales. Relacionamiento con las unidades pertinentes, tales como: UAF, Fiscalías, CMF, y organismos fiscalizadores, entre otros. Capacitar permanentemente a los trabajadores y trabajadoras respecto a temas relativos a Compliance, así como a proveedores. Elaborar y actualizar políticas de Compliance, de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía.Requisitos:
Abogado/a, Ingeniero/a Civil, en Gestión o Procesos, Contador/a Auditor/a
Conocimiento profundo de la legislación chilena en Materia de cumplimiento, incluyendo pero no limitado a leyes anti-corrupción, lavado de dinero y protección de datos.
Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para influir y educar a los empleados en todos los niveles de la organización.
Especialización comprobable en temas de Compliance
A lo menos 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares
Inglés avanzado
Microsoft Office (deseable avanzado)
Integridad y ética profesional intachables
