Las principales funciones de un Business Development Manager Staffing - Zona Sur en nuestra compañía son:
Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales que garanticen la captación, mantenimiento y retención de clientes, con foco en la promoción y venta de los servicios de ManpowerGroup Chile, a fin de generar de nuevos negocios para la Compañía.
Recabar información de negocio relevante, a través de la investigación y análisis del mercado, y de la prospectación de potenciales clientes de los servicios de ManpowerGroup en Chile, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocios, a fin de abordarlos y venderles los servicios de la Compañía.
Coordinar reuniones con actuales y potenciales clientes, identificando sus necesidades y generando propuestas de colaboración, a fin de garantizar relaciones estables y a largo plazo con los clientes y cumplir con las metas de reuniones semanales y mensuales establecidas, que apunten al cierre de ventas y generación de nuevos negocios para ManpowerGroup Chile.
Realizar visitas de mantenimiento a los clientes principales con foco en fidelización de los mismos y de crecimiento de oferta de servicios.
Elaborar económica, técnica y financieramente las evaluaciones económicas de las propuestas de servicios y preparar la documentación necesaria para las distintas aprobaciones internas que se requieran, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos en ManpowerGroup Chile.
Elaborar y presentar propuestas de servicios que entrega ManpowerGroup en sus distintas líneas a los clientes, y preparar la documentación para la evaluación y cierre de la venta, tanto para clientes nacionales como para aquellos que sean informados y/o derivados por ManpowerGroup global, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos en ManpowerGroup Chile.

Horario: De lunes a viernes
Jornada de 40 horas Semanales
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial. Nuestras oficinas corporativas se encuentran en la comuna de Las Condes, cercano a metro Tobalaba.
