About The Opportunity

Our Americas team (Canada, USA, Central & South America) is leading Micromine’s growth plans, and they are currently searching for a Business Development Manager, Geology based in Chile. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for Micromine’s exploration solution, Micromine Origin.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director – Americas, your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities Managing the end-to-end sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals Working with internal teams to coordinate demonstations, trainings etc. Participating in marketing events such as conferences and product launches

About You

You will have experience in the mining industry and a proven background in business to business sales, with a successful track record of delivering new clients.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

Experience selling software / SaaS solutions, mining technology and/or technical software Well-versed in managing the full end-to-end sales process Established network within the mining industry Strong prospecting and qualification skills, with a focus on net new business Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform
