What you will do
The Renault Trucks International sales area is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and Aftermarket Businesses of Renault Trucks which covers Africa Lapac (Indonesia, Cuba and Chile), Algeria, Turkey and Greater Middle East. Within the Africa Lapac organisation, you will report to the Service Sales & LAPAC Director.
You will be the owner of Renault Trucks business in Chile to secure the market development, market & image position, customer value through transport solutions and to ensure the optimal short and long term business results.
You will be the local interface for the importer, in coordination with the Market Africa LAPAC, to build up and maintain a healthy importer relation, and you will have direct responsibility and tasks for Sales management with the Importers in your area (quotation, order, invoicing and delivery processes) for new trucks and spare parts, supported by Market Product Engineers and Sales and Service Support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the development and execution of the new trucks sales plans of Chilean and Cuban importer, regarding Renault Trucks Brand in line with agreed targets and budgets and within Volvo Group guidelines (global policy, procedures & authorization directives) Supporting the importer market in reaching their sales volume, market share and profitability targets for new trucks and spare parts. Together with the Importer creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits Plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profit targets for the importer, prepare the Business Review Meetings with the importer and contribute to challenge Participating to the Commercial Policy for pricing, issuing quotations and coordinating the appropriate supply of new vehicles (including financing) and spare parts. Giving support for product needs, specific to the country conditions Translate Global Renault Trucks Sales Business Strategies to adjust key focus areas for local market requirements. Develop actions plans and tools to support a profitable, effective and efficient function Coordination between the hub and the importer to settle all needed marcom activities to develop the brand awareness and promotion of the offer Coordinate with the resources at hub, market company regarding after sales activities, to contribute to develop the business product + services as per the plan.Who are you?
Education & Professional Experience
University degree
Good understanding of the Renault Trucks Business and products
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analysis
3 – 5 years sales experience, preferably in an export environment
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Spanish and French is mandatory
Experience of Spanish speaking market is a plus
Competencies & Skills
Knowledge of commercial vehicle and business solution market
Highly target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility

Strong strategic planning and analytical skills as well as holistic thinking
