Entonces únete a nuestro equipo como Trainee Customer Service Engineer Estamos en búsqueda de dos Trainee Customer Service Engineer para Imagenología. Funciones: - Realizar las instalaciones, puesta en marcha, mantenimiento, reparaciones, actualizaciones de todos los productos dentro de su área de conocimiento, con excelencia y bajo los más altos estándares de calidad, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente. Dar asistencia a otros productos, bajo supervisión ya sea de otro ingeniero calificado local, regional o del RSC-Implementar las herramientas corporativas de eficiencia bajo las directrices de agenda proporcionadas por el CCC. -Ejecutar las directrices operativas del "Customer Care Center" (CCC), siguiendo los procesos de Servicio establecidos y asegurando un desempeño óptimo en todas las actividades relacionadas a su área de responsabilidad.-Escalar los problemas e incidentes al de acuerdo con el procedimiento definido, informando a su jefatura y al CCC sobre los incidentes no resueltos durante el escalamiento.-Reportar los Reclamos del cliente y los Potenciales Problemas de Seguridad y del Producto y proporcionar la documentación adecuada al CCC hasta el cierre del caso.-Reportar las tareas realizadas en la herramienta definida, en los plazos establecidos-Completar y entregar los protocolos y registros requeridos (Instalación, Seguridad, Mantenimiento, etc.), cumpliendo las Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.-Completar los formularios requeridos de las solicitudes y devoluciones de repuestos en tiempo y forma evitando incumplimientos por parte de la operación del país. Requisitos:-Idioma: Español y entendimiento del inglés-Disponibilidad de viaje dentro y fuera del territorio nacional-Carrera: Ingeniero Biomédico, Ingeniero Eléctrico/Electrónico Técnico Universitario, o carrera afín-Manejo de paquete office-Softskills-Máximo 2 años de experiencia-Vocación de servicio y con buen relacionamiento interpersonal.
