The Team Lead is also responsible for giving to the quote to cash service levels, for which reason they are encouraged to dedicate part of their day to quote or order processing when vital. 

Under the direction of the Manager, implements systems and improvement processes to achieve goals while providing development opportunities to our team members.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Participates in the technical design of a proposal –high complexity according to documented standards and the EPC s RFQ. Be preparing to visit and evaluate with customer needs during the tendering process. Lead proposal engineers and Sales team to define proposals strategies ensuring the high-level proposal for our customers. Ensure a collaboration between Inside Sales and Sales Team. Leads team members, cultivate their professional development and growth, and promote partnership and collaboration. Participate in Sales Meeting to understand the customers and markets needs. Serves as the first point of escalation for team members when problems or issues arise with systems use or operation. Provides customer concern support by giving guidance in problem solving customer issues. Use all available resources to resolve these issues as efficiently as possible Control internal metrics assigned for the specific team and identifies and monitors improvement areas if required. Conducts Team Meetings with direct reports to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input from team members. Schedules and coordinate team activities. Distribute and handle the workload for the rest of the IS team, ensuring fair and efficient distribution. Be preparing to review and approves the work of other proposal engineers. Be preparing to delegate tasks and set deadlines. Provides day-to-day supervision and management of direct reports ensuring they have a clear understanding of performance expectations, and they are properly trained and that they have the tools they need to perform at high levels of productivity. Be preparing to define backups into the Proposal Team to keep the process in a satisfactory service level. Maintain Proposal Dashboard and keep the important metric in the level needed. Maintain proposal content database updated. Ensure that the Proposal & Sales Team follows the Proposal Process established by Emerson and work to be alert identifying process improvements. Keep updated guidelines and procedures. Run internal audits to test the process. Be creative to develop new tools, procedures, and guidelines as IS team need. Build Career Plan´s for the team. Participates in employee development process and year end performance reviews by providing feedback and assessing individual training needs. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication space. Discover training needs and provide continuous coaching.
  Who You Are: You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You strategically separate opinions from facts.
For This Role, You Will Need: Engineer degree or equivalent experience, with specialization in instrumentation and process control. Must have proficiency in English language able to speak and understand a technical or commercial conversation. Willingness to travel abroad for training. Prior experience in the Projects or Inside Sales department of an Oil&Gas / Mining related company. Experience working with EPCs 5+ years proven experience. Works independently, following Management's policy applicable to its activity. His work is evaluated by analyzing the reports it presents, the original contributions to the work performed, the efficiency obtained in meeting the objectives assigned to the dependence under his charge.
