**Mission**
- The Inside Sales/Sales Support agent directly manages the front office relationship with customers / partners. He/she coordinates the sales cycle and tries to improve the value of Nexans offering by cross-selling and up-selling for assigned accounts while providing a high standard of customer service with regular and direct customer / partner contact. His/her main responsibility is to support the Account Team Leader by managing all sales administrative processes (quotation, contracts ) and to help develop the sales in line with commercial margins and contributive margins budgeted figures.**Responsabilities**
- **Ensure the front office relationship with customers / partners**
- Manage specific customer and partner contract agreement follow-up
- Collect client orders
- Organize and participate in contract review
- Follow respect of business rules
- **Prepare and manage sales quotation**
- Manage quotation tools and processes
- Build quotes that reconcile partner interests with Nexans interests
- **Develop the customer / partner account by proposing additional offers in support to the Account Team Leader**
- Manage sales technics like up-selling and cross-selling based on expected level of service
- Use all relevant sales tools to identify and map the client needs
- Regularly call customers / partners to offer special promotions or new products and services
- Find solutions to fulfill annual contracts (incentives/rebates orders)
- **Build customer / partner loyalty by providing the best service and most reliable information possible**
- Build strong bonds and is the key contact point for relevant services of customers / partners
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing & CX/PX functions to ensure proper processing of client orders
- Monitor the offer transformation rate, performance and attendance indicators to ensure the best response to the customers / partners in the shortest possible time
- **Manage digital C / P relationship and identify optimizations to decline at the BU level**
- Identify and manage client multi-channel approach based on client needs and expectations and experience
- Propose solutions to digitalize customer / partner relationship
- Optimize and personalize client digital experience

**Education**
- Required Educational Level:
- University Degree (Desirable)
- Professional Degree(s):
- Electrical Engineering, Commercial, Industrial, Mechanical or related career.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge in Integrated Management System (IMS) (Standards ISO 9001:2015, 14001 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and OHSAS 2007).

**Software**:

- Intermediate Office
- SAP user

**Languages**:

- Intermediate English (Desirable)

**Experience**:

- 1 year in sales positions in technical or industrial products.
