Proposal Coordinator

As a global firm, GHD continues to expand our market presence across America. We are currently seeking a **Proposal Coordinator **to support Proposal Leaders for our America´s region.

**Key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Assist with assigned aspects of writing and editing corporate documents such as proposals, reports, and communications.
- Provide support in preparation of bid packages, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and requests for proposal/information/qualifications (RFQ/RFI/RFQ).
- Assist with the coordination of document production through the drafting, editing, and final upload and/or printing stages.
- Assist with maintaining updated proposal material (including project sheets, curriculum vitae, etc.).
- Assist capture and proposal staff with client research and other miscellaneous BD-related tasks.

**Clients**:

- Interaction with capture and proposal staff as well as project managers, marketing and communications groups, and drafting department.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Accurate and timely Airtable input.
- Ability to meet both internal and external deadlines.
- Ability to break down RFP/RFI/RFQ into key components/table of contents.

**Successful skills**:

- Strong communication skills both written & oral.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Even tempered in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Consistent personal ethics: integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of basic Marketing techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient and fluent English language is a must.
- 1-3 years of industry experience and/or.
- Bachelors in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English.
