This person will assist with tracking and coordination of proposal activities. Responsible for tracking, coordination, documentation, and reporting requirements of overall proposal team assignments.- Supports proposals team by coordinating, tracking, and managing reporting documentation to ensure it is up-to-date.- Maintains tracking of action items and follow up with various personnel (i.e. Proposal Writer, GAM, Directors, Pricing Analysts, etc.) to ensure reply and action.- Creates sales presentations in support of RFP opportunities.- Prepares monthly scorecard and associated reports.- Acts as liaison with appropriate personnel and department managers when performing proposal and reporting activities.- Performs incidental project management including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverable and action items.- Updates and manages RFP reporting, supporting opportunities, and account data in CRM tool.- Maintains completed quotation library, including soft copies of final deliverables submitted to customers.- Assists with maintenance of RFP content library.- Contributes to and implements ideas for improving departmental efficiency. **Experience**: - 1 year of administrative or proposal process coordination for high volume department and company, 3 years preferred. - 2 years of sales support role such as marketing coordinator or project coordinator experience, 5 years preferred. **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA preferred. **Skills**: - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks. - Coordination of independent contributors. - Ability to effectively prioritize, execute, and follow-up on tasks. - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Excel and Word. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and within team environment, with mínimal supervision. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - WESCO International, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates ("WESCO"), is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
