**Description and Requirements**:
Responsabilidades clave:

- Desarrollar las estrategias para el segmento así como la ejecución táctica efectiva para impulsar las ventas captando nuevos clientes extendiendo la participación de mercado en el segmento de distribución de pequeñas y medianas empresas: Small Medium Business (SMB)
- Analizar y comprender el mercado, identificar oportunidades y definir acciones para mejorar la posición competitiva de Lenovo: Manejo de inventarios, sell In, sell out, etc.
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y socios estratégicos, manteniendo un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente.
- Colaborar y trabajar en equipo con otras áreas, como marketing y servicio al cliente, para garantizar una experiência de cliente excepcional.
- Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de ventas y realizar ajustes estratégicos y taticos según sea necesario.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales establecidos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 6 años liderando equipos comerciales en la industria de tecnología, preferiblemente en productos de computación.
- Graduado universitario, preferiblemente con un máster relacionado.
- Capacidad analítica y de lectura del mercado para definir estrategias efectivas en el segmento de distribución y pequeñas empresas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
- Motivación y capacidad para enfrentar un mercado altamente exigente.
- Fluidez en inglés y habilidades de negociación avanzadas.
- Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para cumplir metas trimestrales de participación de mercado
- Con un alto nível de empuje
