Virtual Client Success Manager

Our Agency is hiring a Client Success Manager to oversee and manage the progress of client projects. This a virtual role that must be completed during business hours in the EST time zone.
You will have full accountability for managing the deliverables for our customers. A key aspect of the role includes liaising with various departments to ensure the service delivery commitments the company has made to our customers are fulfilled.
You'll be a skilled communicator and storyteller who inspires and motivates others through infectious positivity, passion, and enthusiasm, while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity of doing what's right for our customers and team members.
Have experience in Project Management
Be able to create and maintain systems for tracking the progress of projects
Provide bi-weekly updates to Clients
Sending Client projects to various departments for completion
Responsibilities include:
Establishing a relationship that works to ensure Client retention and overall satisfaction
Acting as a liaison between departments and the Client with a focus on clear communication
Developing success plans for Client satisfaction and retention
Be a champion of world-class customer/client service; deliver high-quality customer experience at every contact point
Track development of campaigns and progress towards sales goals
Work with the Campaign Managers and executive team to identify/resolve all issues that could impact satisfaction
Prioritizing and driving resolution of Client issues
**Qualifications**:
College degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years of experience in management
Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers remotely or via zoom
Have excellent customer service skills
Good sense of curiosity with genuine desire to learn
Confident working in a fast-moving environment
Must be well organized and understand process documentation and flow charts.
