The Director of Client Success, acting as a Lead for Chile Southern Cone LAC holds a critical position within the Client Services organization, being accountable for the client experience within this Chile Southern Cone LAC. This is a senior leadership role as a member of the Client Services Southern Cone leadership team with dual reporting lines to the Chile Southern Cone LAC Country Manager. This individual will lead a team responsible for managing the post‑sale and operational relationships with clients by driving client success outcomes. The role is accountable for the service delivery of new products, onboarding new clients, implementations, product adoption, operational support and client optimization. The Director is expected to provide strategic functional and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross‑functional delivery of systems and services, and to define and deploy client service strategies across various client types ensuring that client operational goals and success metrics are understood and achieved. The Director is accountable for building a high‑performing and cohesive team aligned to the global Client Success strategic transformation, providing coaching, setting strategic direction and applying working knowledge of Visa products, systems and procedures. The Director is accountable for personifying Visa leadership principles while providing guidance to direct reports, cross‑functional staff and senior management to proactively drive Client Success and ensure effective resolution of high‑priority issues with potential significant financial implications. This senior leadership role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of and shape Visa Client Success transformation by leading and developing a high‑performing team of Client Success Managers to maximize client benefits realization and value from Visa products and services via proactive optimization processes. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Responsibilities Lead a team managing post‑sale and operational relationships with clients. Drive client success outcomes, service delivery of new products, onboarding, implementations, product adoption, operational support and client optimization. Provide strategic functional & technical leadership for operational activities and cross‑functional delivery of systems and services. Define & deploy client service strategies across client types, ensuring operational goals & success metrics are achieved. Build and coach a high‑performing, cohesive team aligned to global Client Success transformation. Guide direct reports and senior management, proactively drive Client Success and resolve high‑priority issues. Apply Visa products, systems, and procedures knowledge to deliver value. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in payment systems including authorization, clearing, client connectivity and settlement services. Strong strategic problem‑solving skills, critical thinking and sound judgement on complex global cross‑functional issues. Ability to build and maintain outstanding business relationships with internal & external stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Experience steering cross‑functional teams through high‑impact, complex business issues. Knowledge of AI concepts and applications and leveraging them to create value for Visa and its clients. Leadership experience managing a team of technical and/or professional services professionals. Proficiency in building client relationships, customer‑centricity, success planning, client engagement, proactiveness, and critical thinking. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
