**THE POSITION**

Austral Group is looking to fill the position of **Accounts Receivable Analyst** with a professional and energetic person who can contribute ideas and take on responsibilities to match our growth as the leader in South America educational travel. As a Accounts Receivable Analyst at Austral Group your responsibility will be to support the Finance Team through the coordination of the accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections processes.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Client & Intra-Company Invoicing and collections
- Maintain Client contact database
- Collections and past due client reporting
- Account reconciliations
- Vendor Registration and Coordination with clients
- Processing credit card payments
- Support to the accounting department in diverse processes
- Contribute in the automation of accounts receivable processes

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Advanced level of English
- University degree in accounting or related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable areas
- Possess strong administrative skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on superior client satisfaction;
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude;
- Good user level experience in working with computers, database software, G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in accounting software is considered a plus.
