A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR FINANCE TEAM

The purpose of this role is to manage accounts receivables alongside the Accounting Supervisor and the Chief Financial Officer. This position does have the potential to lead into broader responsibilities within the financial department at ICANotes.

**Responsibilities**:
The following tasks outline what the core work will be; however, they are not inclusive of all duties with the position.
- Add new customers to the billing database and Zoho Subscriptions
- Record and disable customers canceling their subscriptions
- Review prescheduled invoices prior to them being sent out to customers - and make necessary changes to customer plans and add-ons
- Review aging accounts receivables reports
- Reach out to customers for collection attempts
- Updating issues found with billing automation
- Coordinating with the Billing team on unforeseen tasks and items of interest
