Buscamos practicantes para nuestro programa de Rookies de la carrera de Ingeniero, Civil Industrial, Comercial, Informático & Control de Gestión, para hacer su práctica en WOM, para el área de Marketing.

**OBJETIVO DEL CARGO**:
Como Practicante de Customer Value Management, serás responsable de maximizar el valor y la retención de los clientes, a través de estrategias y tácticas orientadas al análisis de datos y la gestión efectiva de la relación con los clientes. Tu objetivo principal será comprender las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento para mejorar su satisfacción y lealtad.

Conocimientos especializados, Habilidades analíticas, Orientación al cliente, Colaboración interdepartamental, Pensamiento estratégico, Orientación a resultados.
- Perfil analítico y con altas capacidades de análisis de datos.
- Manejo avanzado de SQL
- Manejo de Excel
- Manejo Power Point.
