We are looking for a Project Management Specialist responsible for leading project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining strong governance, visibility, and operational efficiency across the Small Business segment.

Role Objective

The main objective of this role is to manage and support cross-functional projects by applying standardized project management practices, ensuring clear planning, efficient execution, risk control, and strategic alignment to drive business results within the Small Business segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure.
  • Maintain project management standards, templates, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure project portfolio alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.


Desired Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or business operations.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
