En Cumplo, buscamos un **Technical Support Specialist** que asegure la continuidad operativa de nuestros sistemas tecnológicos. Este rol clave se enfoca en brindar soporte a aplicaciones para usuarios internos y resolver casos especiales de usuarios finales. **¿Qué harás en este rol?**:
- Garantizar que nuestras aplicaciones estén siempre operativas para garantizar la continuidad del negocio.
- Implementar mejoras tecnológicas que optimicen procesos y mejoren la experiência de clientes y colaboradores.
- Proveer asistencia técnica en incidentes complejos, alineándote con los estándares de compliance y seguridad TI.
- Participar en proyectos tecnológicos para garantizar sistemas eficientes y escalables.
- Guiar a los colaboradores para utilizar las herramientas digitales de forma segura y eficiente.
**¿Qué necesitas para postular?**:
- 2-3 años en soporte técnico avanzado, administración de sistemas o infraestructura tecnológica.
- Experiência con plataformas web y sistemas orientados a clientes, idealmente en fintech o servicios financieros.
- Participación en proyectos de mejora tecnológica y continuidad operativa.
- Administración de sitios web y plataformas digitales.
- Manejo de sistemas operativos como Windows, macOS y Linux.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de diagnóstico técnico y documentación.
