**About the role**:
Accountable for leading change management as part of the implementation of autonomy program, considering the operational transformation required for this new way of working.

Main Functions:

- Drives the successful change adoption throughout the project implementation.
- Achieving the outcomes defined in the scope of work aligned with the operational criteria for a proper transition to operation.
- Collaborate with the verification of Project deliverables, integrate KPIs of the OCM (Organisational Change Management) Framework.
- Accomplish the milestones defined in the project execution plan and deliver the KPI outcomes according to the Investment Approval Request (IAR).
- Integrate the cultural preparation and the change adoption indicators and prepare the sustainability plan.
- Prepare the human side of the change for the deployment of organizational and operational transition actions.
- Lead the stakeholder management change management process to enable an autonomy deployment that follows operational and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with other project components to ensure a coordinated implementation tracking the readiness of the entire program.
- Ensure a deployment of autonomy that is fully aligned with planning inputs.
- Collaborate work to develop and review transitions and phases plans and ramp-up approach.
- Deliver periodic status reports to identify progress, highlights, and potential deviation.
- Design and implement the training activities that support the operational changes.
- Implement the approved operational readiness and handover and human resources change management plan.
- Develop and implement change strategies.

**About you**:
Requirements for success:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar (preferred in Mining).
- Exposure to working in a global, complex environment, including geographically dispersed businesses, communication across variety of audiences, etc.
- 5 years’ experience preferred within Operations and Planning environment of a large mining corporation.
- Operational experience on mining (hauling).
- Experience on project delivery.
- Highly skilled in managing vendor performance.
- Experience in working on a team within a matrix organization.
- Extensive problem management and leadership of collaborative cross-functional groups.
- Experience on managing projects execution.
- Demonstrable leadership background.
- English written and spoken.
