**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The position requires lots of co-ordination between various departments. Work responsibility would cover support in HR related activities and management. We are looking to hire an experienced HR associate who can handle high amount of coordination between various departments. Work responsibility would cover support in HR related activities and management. In this role, the role demands obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company associates with enrolment procedures, onboarding and HR-related issues. The bearer of this position will be responsible for:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in B&A, Psychology or related field- 3-6 yrs of experience- Advanced knowledge of MS Office preferred- Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills is a must- Proactive and takes initiatives- Maintaining good rapport with the employees- Experience into recruitment and HR operations will be preferred- Excited about playing a strategy role within a growing organization- Infect peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction
