- As a Marketing Communication Associate you will be required to promote and communicate- our company, our services and our culture through various marketing actions and media,- specifically to three core audiences: (a) Potential and current Clients, (b) Internal (Decision- Point associates LatAm & INDIA) and (c) Public Relationship and Corporative Stakeholders- We direct this search towards young people who are passionate, enthusiastic, proactive,- energetic, and collaborative, motivated to join our enthusiastic and passionate team.

POTENTIAL & CURRENT CLIENTS_**
- Execute end-to-end online and offline campaigns. You would be expected to draft material- for content on the company website and update the same post approvals. The responsibility- of responding to messages, comments and managing employer branding on social websites.- Prepare weekly social media report.- Develop a Brand & Products positioning and messaging (adjusted to LatAm market) that- delivers value proposition in a differentiated way aligned with DP HQ.- Be the expert on users and all the ecosystem related to our products & services. Harness- and analyze data from different sources to build clients and user intelligence. Understand- and document our decision-making process, including where they get information, and- the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to- our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.- Supports the content creation to articulate the benefits of our service / unique value- proposition to the LatAm Market.- Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget,- measure, and report on their effectiveness.- Implementation, management, and monitoring of campaigns. Media plan strategy,- budget allocation, measurement, and reporting of return on investment.- Generates branding material that are necessary for each campaign and for the ongoing- communication- Manage and control all the communication platform (Website, Linkedin, etc). Adapt- digital and content marketing programs to the needs of the LatAm Market.

- Working collaboratively with HR to implement internal communications strategies,- messages and campaigns at the corporate level aligned with the external Brand- Communication, providing effective communication channels between the Company and- its associates.- Provide support to HR in planning and developing internal events efficiently and- effectively, so that the objectives and messages are clearly transmitted, motivating,- generating commitment and promoting the Culture.- Strengthening and positioning the image of the main managers, developing messages- and actions that could add value to the Brand and be attractive to potential leads.- Recognizing the communication needs of businesses and teams, becoming a consultant- and advisor.

PR & CORPORATIVE_**
- Support the implementation of all communications, networks, press, digital Media, events- and other actions that aim to make the brand visible.- Generates alliances and networks that enhance positioning with key stakeholders.- Responsible for the correct use of communication and corporate image within the- company.- Coordinate promotional events, fairs, events and exhibitions in which the company- participates.
At least one year of experience in the Marketing / Communications field.- University studies such as Design, Advertising, Marketing, Commercial Engineering,- Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Marketing or a related career.- Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to- sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.- Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results- through self and others under time pressure.
