(JR 29376)- The Regional Manager for Latin America will be responsible for driving the growth and ensuring the financial performance of the company's business within the territory. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage all operational aspects, build strong relationships with distributors and clients, and drive rental revenue growth across the region. The Regional Manager will oversee technical support, operations, and asset management, ensuring that all business activities align with the company’s objectives.- The is a client facing role with a bias towards generating top line growth.

**What you will be doing**
- Key Accountabilities:

- Business & Financial Performance: Take overall responsibility for the company’s business and financial performance in the Latin American territory. Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the business grows sustainably.
- Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to grow rental revenues in the territory. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability within the region.
- Distributor & Client Support: Establish, maintain, and manage operational and technical support for distributors and clients. Ensure adequate training of distributors’ staff and assist with their clients’ needs as required to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of operations within the region, including the management of freight, supply chains, inventories, and asset tracking. Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with global best practices.
- Distributor & Customer Engagement: Regularly visit distributors and customers across the region to build and maintain strong relationships, address any concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Equipment & Invoicing Management: Manage the tracking of rental equipment and assist in the invoicing process for customers and distributors. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to support financial performance and customer satisfaction.

**What you will bring**
- Professional with training in the mining industry - either Geologist, Mining Engineer or experience working for or with Drilling Company or similar.
- Commercial/sales skills: implement commercial proposals, negotiation skills, update pipeline of opportunities, generate forecast.
- Experience associated with exploration and drilling industry, data flow knowledge and management, QAQC processes of drilling data and understanding of drilling activities.
- Customer focused and Service delivery mindset.
- High commitment to safety.
- Social and communication skills to interact with clients: knowledge and networks desirable in the exploration area and in drilling activities (Greenfield-Brownfield-extractive operations)
- High compliance behavior. With initiative, enthusiasm and high energy.
- Ideal experience in technology implementation.
- Ability to plan, influence and execute.
- High motivation to face challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- With leadership experience and people management ability.
- Flexibility for national and international travel.
- Languages: English, intermediate level (mastery of Portuguese is desirable).
- Location in Santiago, Chile.
