**Business Line Manager - Parts and Services**
**MISSION**:
Epiroc Chile is looking for a Business Line Manager (BLM) for the Parts And Services Division (PSD). The mission for this role is to grow profitable sales while maintaining good control of working capital.
We require a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in growing business and having demonstrated leadership skills for people management. This position will be based in Santiago - Chile.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Reporting to General Manager of the Customer Center (CC) and being part of the Company´s managment team, you will be responsible (accountable) for the sales development & profitable growth of the Parts And Services Division given divisional targets & objectives.
- Within Epiroc we have dual reporting responsibility to the Product Company (PC) through the Regional Business Manager. This relationship helps to understand divisional objectives, translate these objectives to local planning requirements and resolve operational matters between the CC and PC.
- You will be responsible for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for this business.
- You will need to prepare, define, execute and routinely monitor your Strategic Business Plan containing marketing, operational and territory management strategies that are in line with Divisional and local Customer Center directives.
- Evaluate, manage, develop and empower marketing, sales & logistics teams via clear and transparent communication to maximize results.
- Responsible for working capital management including strategic inventory planning and close control of receivables according to Epiroc Chile divisional targets.
- Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share, customer share & consolidated profitability.
- Work seamlessly with other capital equipment business line managers to jointly promote Epiroc’s products and services. This should always be seen as working both in directions All business areas helping each other.
- Develop close relationships with key customers including key decision makers and influencers.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in all of our Epiroc locations including client sites where we have Service Agreements.
- Ensure we have the right operational structure with the right people and resources in place.
- This position requires very frequent domestic & occasional overseas travel.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- A results oriented and experienced sales/marketing professional.
- Experience in the mining and industry.
- Previous experience in ground support will be considered a plus.
- A proven track record in marketing and people management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT**:
University degree
Post Graduate in Sales/Marketing Management is a plus
