Our client is a multinational company based in Europe, a leader in the development and production of drilling, rock excavation, and construction equipment and tools. They are currently seeking a** **Business Line ManagerDigital Solutions Division (DSD) **to join their team.
Mision:
The Business Line Manager - protects and continues to grow market shareand profitability of the Digital Solutions Division (DSD) business line by:
- Developing and implementing appropriate product and market strategiesand priorities in each major market region.
- Ensuring total market coverage for our entire portfolio of models, througha balanced mix of independent distribution and direct sales.
- Ensuring customer loyalty to the company by providing the best product supportin the business, regardless of distribution channel, customer segmentand customer location.
- Personally demonstrate clear and visible leadership, internally across the organization, as well as with customer.
- Work as a team player and be able to work and communicate collaboratively.
This position will work as an active member of the Customer Care CenterLeadership Team to help manage the Company.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement appropriate marketing and sales strategies for theline of business, in line with division objectives and guidelines.
- This position has overall responsibility for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheetfor the Digital Solutions Division Business Line.
- Coach, support and guide our sales team members working with DigitalSolutions Division products through Independent Distribution, including directsupervision of those working predominantly with the Digital Solutions Division.
- Guide and support our Service Centers to further develop their DigitalSolutions Division business.
- Prudently monitor and manage investments in assets related to the DigitalSolutions Division business.
- Work closely with the aftermarket teams to maximize customer satisfactionwith the DSD and the PSD business.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in the mining andconstruction business in lieu of formal education.
- 10 years of experience in the construction, mining and exploration industries,in Chile or Internationally.
- Solid technical knowledge of the Digital Solutions Division product offering.
- Proven background in managing and directing multiple locations across geographic borders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills with a strongcustomer focus.
- Dual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Ability to lead change through a large organization consisting of both in houseand remote employees.
- Demonstrate excellence in development and execution of strategy.
- Must be available to travel.
- Direct sales, as well as distributor management and product management experience in Chile or Internationally is considered a plus.
