**About the Role**:

- The position is accountable for the PMO of workforce planning cycle including 2YB and quarterly Forecast processes, along with providing advise on labour costs to HRBPs, FBPs and senior leaders.- Provides technical expertise in the advisory, management and continuous improvement of data, systems and processes regarding workforce planning process and labour costs.
- Provides HR support and guidance to line leaders and employees on workforce planning processes, including preparation, execution and solving outcomes concerns, providing coaching, tools and/or directing them to the correct channels for resolution within GBS or HR team.
- Supports HRBPs on delivering advise to senior leaders on workforce planning a labour costs matters.
- Provides inputs and data analysis to HRBP and FBPs in Minerals Americas as required in order to facilitate strategic decisions
- Identify and analyses people processes/ initiatives that are being raised by relevant stakeholders so they can be prioritized, improved and standardized.
- Scopes, plans and executes (PMO) the deployment of yearly 2YP cycles from the HR perspective.
- Manages escalations, providing a single point of contact where able for Senior and People Leaders (pipelining the resolution through other teams in HR Operations)
- Provides inputs and data analysis to Finance Planning and Reporting team in Minerals Americas on regards to the monthly headcount, labour actual costs and the main deviations on labour accounts
- Engages with GBS and HR sub-functions specialists to gather further information to explain in more detailed specific deviations on labour accounts and provide a possible solution
- Actively participates in different initiatives and projects of local or global scope as required in order to facilitate proper implementation
- Keeps a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Drives problem solving and root cause analysis

**About You**:

- We are looking for people with years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnership, HR Services or Finance Business Partnership.
- A tertiary degree in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
- Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
- Strong continuous improvements skills.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Desirable experience on PowerBi
- Excels at diagnosis, problem solving, partnering and achieving outcomes.
- Experience in Success Factors and Employee Central preferred.
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of business HR and Finance organization model.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR and Finance operational models, products, and processes
