**The Senior Marketing Manager** will support the business’ overall strategic objectives across lead generation, acquisition, retention, digital, search, brand and customer experience. Day to day responsibilities will involve utilizing all facets of marketing including advertising campaigns, website management, data analysis, social media, search marketing, event coordination and content creation

**Your key position responsibilities include**:

- Research, planning and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives focussed on brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention for the LATAM region.
- Design, implementation, and management of highly targeted marketing campaigns across an integrated mix of marketing channels, inclusive of website(s), content, search, programmatic, social media, and brand/sponsorship activation.
- Write content and copy for digital marketing campaigns and search optimization efforts to drive more people to our website.
- Drive programmatic media channels to optimize results daily, managing CPC and CPA closely to deliver cost effective leads using the Google Marketing Platform.
- Lead, manage and oversee marketing campaigns and social media communications in conjunction with the LATAM Marketing Coordinator based in Melbourne.
- Strengthen Pepperstone’s brand awareness, digital presence, customer engagement, site traffic and sales through strategic planning and execution and search marketing.
- Placement of advertising to support Pepperstone’s revenue initiatives through media planning, digital metrics and scientific optimization of marketing investment.
- Set KPIs to closely monitor and provide bi-monthly reporting on campaign performance, including capturing and assessing learnings to ensure continual campaign optimization.
- Partner closely with work alongside internal stakeholders responsible for the array of customer touchpoints such as Sales, Product, and Marketing Research to ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and strong brand experience across all channels.
- Work with technology and data science teams to create personalized, timely and relevant customer outbound communication strategies.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are produced in accordance with the compliance guidelines based on relevant regions.

**About you**:

- BeingFluent in English is a mandatory requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate level in business and/or marketing
- Digital marketing expertise with a qualification preferred
- Proficient in using the Google Marketing Platform, inclusive of DV360, SA360 and Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication skills, to create compelling copy and content
- Strong passion for customer centricity
