Position Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Manager leads the development of a Category at a regional level. Also leads at a cluster level a team that executes and develops the local marketing tactics and the in-market execution of global marketing cycle plans. These with the overall aim of achieving stated brand and Americas objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Universal Accountabilities**
- Strategic & operational Lead of a category at a regional level (from the global lead).
- Annual Execution of the Global Marketing Plan at an area / cluster.
- Has solid understanding on key drivers for the business.
- Team management & development.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Supports in delivery of Cluster annual marketing plan cascading from Category marketing plan.
- Guides & approves category cycle plans (product & visibility) initiatives in line with country timings.
- Identifies, leads and executes Category marketing tactics along P2P. e.g promotional packs to help drive conversion in the region.
- Leads development and execution of area sponsorships and partnerships to drive conversion (where relevant).
- Oversight on local market pricing in accordance with global pricing guidelines and indexes.
- Provides input to Brand Activation Managers and Assistant Brand Activation Manager for LatAM regional & local promotion/s ensuring it’s in line with the category priorities.
- Works cross functionally with sales planning, marketing operations, shopper marketing, category management and global marketing to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
- May also perform additional duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing or Finance; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years business experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Ideally previous experience in brand activation/execution
- Must collaborate well and work well cross functionally
- Spanish and English Languages required
